A wonderful option for group getaways, this house encompasses a two-story floor plan with seating areas upstairs and down as well as outside allowing for maximum flexibility. A well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful touches, expansive deck and outdoor living space on several levels provide a lovely setting for memories of a lifetime! Below are more details on the floor plan. Located on the main floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and office space Located downstairs: Master bedroom, bathroom, full lounge/living space, laundry Other things to note All fireworks, including “safe and sane,” are illegal in Mariposa County. Anyone caught with fireworks will be cited and fireworks confiscated. Violation of fireworks results in serious charges. We allow pets for an additional charge: $75 flat fee If any damages are incurred during the stay we will request additional payment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the house was beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious. Jessie was always quick to respond to messages and provided great local suggestions and information. The house was an easy drive to Yosemite, too. Worked perfectly for our family. Thank you, Jessie, for providing such a great place to stay. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We most definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back again one day.

Beautiful place, peaceful and calm just like the pictures. Everything was well thought through. Very clean bathrooms, plenty of towels and toilet paper. Her local recommendation helped us find the hidden beach on Merced river, which we would have never found otherwise (google maps couldn't find it). Only thing to mention is, downstairs can get really chilly to keep upstairs maintained in a comfortable temparature. Also we found some crawly bugs in the downstairs bed. Overall, very very pleased with our stay.
